Dynamic Aerospace Fabrications develops and manufactures complex, high precision, fabricated and machined metallic components and assemblies for the Aerospace industry.
We are proud of our highly skilled workforce. We employ around one hundred people, including a range of skills and experience including Manufacturing Engineers, accomplished Sheet Metal Workers and Welders, CNC Operators, Quality Technicians, and essential support roles. At Dynamic Aerospace Fabrications we take our commitment to staff training, development, and retention very seriously, and understand the importance of the role our staff play in the overall success of the business. We offer Apprenticeships, working closely with local colleges and universities.
Our Apprentices have successfully gained Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Fabrications as well as B.Eng. degrees, and Level 3 ILM Leadership qualifications. We have also supported specialist training such as PC DMIS, Heat Treatment and Metallurgy. This investment supports both our employees’ personal development as well as optimising their success as they perform their roles across our business.
We also host informative and engaging work experience placements for students every year, as we look to grow new talent within Dynamic Aerospace Fabrications and the Aerospace industry.
